Interior design project. Xativa
In this case, we are in charge of the interior design project for this beautiful penthouse in Xativa, overlooking the city’s castle.
The project
The project involved an architect and builder. Our work helped transform this 1980s home, which was in quite poor condition, into a contemporary Mediterranean-style residence. It now meets all the needs of a couple and their daughter.
The architects had already planned for thermal and acoustic comfort. To achieve this, they insulated the perimeter and the roof, as well as incorporating high-performance thermal and acoustic carpentry. We ensured that it was also comfortable in terms of lighting.
A good interior lighting project not only provides light to different spaces but also aims to create cozy and functional environments. With careful lighting planning, we can highlight the focal points of the home, as well as showcase the architecture and details. Lighting provides the necessary illumination for specific activities, such as working or reading. Our clients were looking for a relaxing and soothing atmosphere, essential for rest and comfort in the home.
To enhance this feeling, our focus was on selecting high-quality and delicate materials. This guarantees a cozy, healthy, and elegant environment. Predominantly featuring white and wood, it creates a warm and bright atmosphere. This ambiance integrates harmoniously with the natural surroundings.
The design includes carefully selected details, such as lime plastering and wooden floors. Additionally, in the entrance hall, there is a slatted feature that conceals the guest restroom door. Every element has been meticulously chosen to reflect the contemporary Mediterranean style desired by our client.
In this way, with a detailed interior design project, our clients were able to develop their renovation with the desired final result, exceeding their initial expectations.
