Welcome to the modern Apartment in L'Eliana.
In L’Eliana, a residential area near Valencia, we executed Julia’s home renovation project.
The renovation project focused on maximizing the use of space, enhancing external lighting, and controlling interior light through specific glass features. Techniques such as natural cross-ventilation, a double-flow air renewal system with heat recovery, technical lighting, and natural materials were incorporated, resulting in the desired home.
Design in the Renovation Project:
To begin with, the design centered on creating a home that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and efficient. The space was optimized to ensure that every area of the house was utilized to its fullest, allowing for natural flow between different zones. Functionality was integrated into every corner, ensuring that the home is practical and comfortable for daily living.
Sustainability:
Sustainability was a fundamental pillar of this project. Natural and local materials, such as wood and stone, were selected, which not only add warmth and authenticity but also respect the environment. These non-toxic materials ensure a healthy and safe living environment for the inhabitants. Additionally, furniture made from sustainable materials was used, contributing to an eco-friendly and responsible decoration.
Energy Efficiency:
Energy efficiency was addressed through the installation of a double-flow air renewal system with heat recovery. This system helps maintain a pleasant temperature inside the house, reducing the need for heating and air conditioning, and minimizing energy consumption. Natural cross-ventilation also plays a crucial role, allowing for optimal air circulation that improves indoor air quality.
Lighting in the Renovation Project:
The lighting was designed to meet the client’s specific needs. Glasses with special features were used to control natural light, ensuring that the interior of the house always has the right amount of light. Carefully planned technical lighting provides functional and ambient light, creating cozy and efficient environments. The lamps and fixtures were chosen not only for their energy efficiency but also for their aesthetic design, complementing the home’s décor.
Conclusion:
In summary, the combination of a functional and aesthetically pleasing design, the use of natural and sustainable materials, the implementation of energy-efficient systems, and lighting tailored to the client’s needs resulted in a home that not only meets the owners’ expectations but also serves as an example of modern and responsible living. This renovation project demonstrates that it is possible to create a space that is both beautiful, practical, and environmentally friendly.
